How to use
Dilution
Dilute Cinnamon Leaf at a percentage of 0.5% of the finished blend, approx. 10 drops of Cinnamon Leaf Oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up 1% when diluted in the bath or in a wash off product. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Aromatherapy
Add a couple of drops to your diffuser or burner and enjoy the warming, comforting aroma of Cinnamon Leaf.
Massage
Add Cinnamon Leaf Oil to a carrier oil of your choice and combine with other essential oils to create your very own personalised massage oil blend. We love Almond Sweet #215 and Apricot Kernel #204.
In the Bath
For a relaxing spa experience at home, dilute Cinnamon Leaf with one of our carrier oils and add to your warm bath. The spicy aroma will help you feel relaxed and the carrier oil will leave your skin silky soft. Win, win!
